Adwaita: Improve popover.menu styling

Based on the mockup:

- Remove horizontal padding from popover.menu contents
- Remove roundness from modelbutton
- Adjust sizing to match the mockup
- Fix visual glitches on button.image-button.model
- Add missing mergin to arrow icons
- Fix accelerator position in rtl direction
- Fix accelerator color
